Multi-View Data Automation
Data was scattered across spreadsheets and teams argued over whose numbers were correct. A full CRM would cost too much and take too long — so we built a Google Sheets system with a single data entry point and role-based views. Shareholders see summaries, staff see their metrics, data entry sees only input fields.

Years of Google Drive use with no naming rules meant finding any file was a blind search. New team members spent weeks just learning where things lived. Instead of enforcing a rigid structure that would break existing habits, we designed folders and naming conventions that mirrored how people naturally saved files — plus a master index to find anything in seconds.

An agency founder was bottlenecking every decision — task assignment, client reviews, content approvals. Clients emailed directly because they couldn't see progress. Instead of piling on more software, we built a relational Notion workspace where changing a status routes work automatically. Client portals, CRM, and content pipeline — one system, zero manual delegation.

Seven teams and 13 community groups operating independently — communication was siloed, scheduling conflicts appeared on event day, and knowledge left when volunteers left. With no formal hierarchy, we built coordination through weekly syncs, root cause analysis, and shared playbooks so any volunteer could step in without context loss.
